FINZ Xmas Catch-Up at Shanghai Lil's
(New Zealand) - January 2010
Due to popular demand, FINZ (Fashion Industry New Zealand) hosted an impromptu and very intimate get-together at Shanghai Lil's in mid-December.
In retrospect, most people were glad to see the end of what turned out to be a very tough year for many in the ragtrade. Goodbye recession and hello recovery - fingers crossed!
However, we will be sad to see the end of Shanghai Lil's (in its current incarnation at least) seeing as its premises must shortly give way to a new central motorway junction. So, a big 'thank you' to Russell Green, one of Auckland's most colourful proprietors, for having us.
