'The Future of Fashion'
The worldwide economic recession has caused a loss of confidence among many fashion/apparel-related businesses, in terms of where to focus their resources and abilities in an industry and global environment that's changing at such a rapid pace.
The theme of this year’s FINZ Education Conference - “The Future of Fashion II” - will address critical factors of 2009 and beyond for New Zealand’s fashion/apparel industry, delivering sound contributions from industry and academic leaders, which can form the basis of new perspectives and common work going forward.
FINZ Education Conference
The FINZ Education Conference is an annual two-day event, which was initially established to facilitate alignment between the tertiary sector and fashion/apparel industry. Now in its eighth year, it has evolved from modest beginnings into an essential conference that addresses issues critical to the future of New Zealand's fashion/apparel industry and tertiary sector.
