 Digital Strategies: Innovation through Apparel & Textile Technologies Symposium

Digital Strategies, a two-day symposium hosted by AUT’s Textile & Design Laboratory, will examine innovation and emerging technologies in the apparel and textile sector. Kerry Maguire-King from the U.S-based Textile & Clothing Technology Corporation, better known as [TC]2, will deliver a keynote presentation on ‘Sustainable Production Development’ and host a one-day master class on ‘Digitally Printed Sewn Products’.
The programme will include – smart and conductive materials, innovations in wool, developments in knitwear design and technology, online manufacturing and digital supply-chains, and outlooks for New Zealand’s fashion and textile sectors.
